Urban tribes or urban cultures

The urban tribes are these groups of friends, gangs or simply youth groups that wear similar, have equal behaviors and have a meeting point.

This term “Urban Tribe” born in the XX century when in the big cities started to appear some sub cultures in the youth people as the hippies, the skins, the punks another groups that started to behave different than the society.

Nowadays the urban cultures subdivide in classic urban tribes and actually urban tribes.

Classic Urban tribes: this tribes were the first cub cultures to born in the XX century there were the most famous and they have evolved and they have endured to our days  and for generations they have their  ideology intact they are:

The punks: they born between 1976 and 1977 as opposition of a decadence of the moment; They wear color crests in their hair, tattoos and earrings, t shirts and black pants

Their ideology is contrary to the social rules, anti-capitalists and anarchists.

Hippies: They were born in the 60´s decade in the Unites Estates influenced by the Vietnam war; They wear long hair use striking clothes, color tapes in their hair and a cloth bags.

Their ideology is No to violence live intensely and in harmony

Gothic: This culture was born in the 80¨s decade in the United Estate they are an evolution of punk culture, they have a sinister appearance, wear dark clothe, they have a passion to all that have relation with the dead  an sinister 

Actually urban tribes: These tribes are which appeared in the last years the different between this and the classic tribes are the internet because their popularity grows faster. They are:

Emos: this cultures was born in the 80s´decade as a musical style derivative of the American’s punk hardcore, they wear a hair slicked covering their faces dark and pink clothes, converse shoes and tight pants, they are pacific people but they have a ideology  very estrange for they the sad and angry is a life style. 

Gamers: This term is used to name the fans video games, they were born in the 70´s decade  and grows in popularity in the 80´s and 90´s decades, they classified  in noob (Newbie), cheaters (cheats), bots (robots) and cosplayers that is people to disguise to the videogame personage.

To this topic I want to start with this picture because for mi take a risk is exactly this, two ways, two ways where if you don´t achieve your goal you win experience.

Today the people want many things but they are unwilling to sacrifice nothing, the people don´t want leave to the comfort zone, but what is the comfort zone? To explain that I want show you another picture

This place is where all the things are good but nothing change is as a routine the other zone is where the magic things happens because you could be change all in your life, could be in your family life, in your work in some relationship or in different situations.

For this I think If you want something you need to take a risk, leave the comfort zone and change your life.

Today I want to show you some photograph of my family and also tell you a little about them; We live in Grecia Down town near of Puente de Piedra, In my house live my mom, my dad, my sister and my brother, and also we have 5 cats and 2 dogs.

My mother is a wonderful woman, she is beautiful and a good adviser, she always knows all, she also is an excellent cooker and she sews pretty well. Her name is Ana Isabel as me.

My dad  was a truck driver now he is pensioned but  he always make something with his car or make a new garden or plant carrots, celery or and other things. His name is Franklin.

My sister is the best sister in the world, her name is Pamela and she is systems engineer, She loves the cats for this in my house live too many cats, Abril, Bon, Oreo, Nusa and Black and all are hers, She works in Optical sight

My Brother is student, he has 17 years old and work near of my house taking coffee, He has a dog Cratos and his name is Franklin as my dad.

I think my family is a big family because all the animals that I mentioned is part of the family and the budget to the family, we are a united family and we try to share as long time as possible.

Normal families? But what is normal for you?

Normal families?  But what is normal for you?

Many people speak about the normal families but what is a normal family?

I guess it depends of the culture and the economic stability and others facts but the most important definitely are these facts because in our days the people say that the normal family is mom, dad and one or two children because race two children is necessary that the two parents work, in other countries  and cultures for example a normal family could be many children or only mother and children.

In the class that we analyze the different kinds of families the teacher show us a video about a family that have 17 children, when I was washing the video I think the high budget that these parents need to race many children and they explain in the video that they love the dinner hour but that is very complicated.

Research more information about this topic, I found this video that like me because explain some kinds of families and say that 

"A family is you and the people who live with you. That´s one part of your family.

Some people in your family may live in different places. They are still your family.

Part of your family lives far away in other city... in another part of town or nearby... in a different house"

And This is true, no matter who live with you this is your family because these people who stay with you most of the time is the people who help you, who love you and this is the importance of the families

Course Expectations:

During all the classes, my expectations have been learn about all the topics and grammatical forms to write and speak, but I think this classes have been more  than that, because the teacher Make the class very interactive and dynamic, I like too  much because  we make dialogues about important topics of social interest.

I guess that use videos, photograph and games to the students learn is the key to a good class and the teacher always research new things to implement  in her class, for this until now the professor has achieved all my expectations
